This is the quote that has resonated with me since I first heard it in my Fundamentals of Journalism class. This quote, along with the rush of seeing a story come together and knowing that it will help someone looking for information, has solidified for me that journalism is what I want to do. I want to produce content that makes my audience smarter and well-informed, and I hope that what I have produced thus far has achieved that goal. Today’s news is tomorrow’s history, and it’s up to me to make sure it gets written down right.
