Today in JO304, Pam Cotter, social media editor of the Providence Journal, visited our class to speak to us about social media.
Cotter covered several topics, including how analytics can be used to better cater to your audience,
how content is the most important thing,
how live tweeting can be used in news,
and how news is about being accurate and factual.
